Creator Deal Desk

PayPal + AI · agentic commerce

Brand deals that pay creators on proof, not promises.

AI agents negotiate a sponsorship inside limits each side sets. The brand's money is locked in PayPal before any work starts, and the creator is paid automatically once the post checks out.

Runs on the PayPal sandbox: test money only.

The problem

87%of creators have been paid late, according to Campaign's Creator Pay Report.

Small creators haggle alone, start work on a promise, then chase brands for weeks. For an Indian creator working with a brand abroad, chasing payment across borders is even harder. Brands, in turn, run dozens of small deals by hand and can't easily check that each post matches the brief.

How it works

  1. Say your terms

Creator and brand each tell the Telegram bot what they want in plain words. Gemini turns it into exact limits, asks about anything missing, and each side confirms. The limits are signed into a key only their own agent can use.

  2. Agents negotiate

The creator's agent and the brand's agent trade offers. Each knows only its owner's limit. Code checks every move before the other side sees it, so no agent can go past its limit or reveal it.

  3. Both confirm

Both people see the whole negotiation and confirm the price. If the limits don't meet, each is asked privately whether to allow a little more room. Neither ever learns the other's number.

  4. Money locked

The brand approves a PayPal hold for the agreed price. The creator is told to start only once PayPal has authorized it.

  5. Post checked

The creator sends the video link. Code checks the channel, dates, link, #ad disclosure and brand mention; Gemini checks the rest, and its answer counts only if its quote is really in the post.

  6. Paid in two parts

70% is captured from the hold and paid to the creator's PayPal right away. The other 30% follows after 7 days if the video is still up; if it was taken down, the rest goes back to the brand.

Walk through a finished deal

AI proposes, code decides

Limits live in code, not prompts

The AI proposes; a limit checker re-verifies both signed keys on every offer, confirmation and capture.

Keys bound to one agent

A key replayed by another agent, or one with its limits edited, is rejected. Try it with the agent checkpoint API.

Private by design

Neither side's limit reaches the other person, the other agent or the deal room page.

Built to be attacked

Instructions hidden in offers or video descriptions don't move money. npm run attacks shows it.
